Practical questions
Before you begin
When should I share my file?
As soon as your need is clear. The earlier the file is structured, the more relevant orientation can be.
Can I be supported in French or English?
Yes. The platform is bilingual FR / EN and you can indicate your preferred language in the request.
Who makes the medical decision?
The medical decision remains with the healthcare professional and you.
How do I prepare the stay?
Depending on your needs, selected stay partners may support accommodation and transport.
What if my file is not suitable?
The request may be clarified, postponed or redirected. Medical emergencies are outside ANAHIT.CARE’s scope.
You do not have to organize every step alone.
ANAHIT.CARE structures your request and facilitates matching with the actors suited to your pathway.
