Onboarding process
1. Partner application
Submit a request to present the structure, activity or specialty.
2. Information and documentation submission
Provide legal, professional and named contact documents.
3. KYC/KYB verification
Entity identification, authorization checks and required controls.
4. Administrative review
The ANAHIT.CARE team reviews the file according to internal criteria.
5. Validation, request for additional information or refusal
The file may be accepted, completed, suspended or refused.
6. Choice or activation of a professional subscription
Subscription to a B2B plan adapted to the declared profile.
7. Access to eligible features
Gradual activation of features after validation and subscription.
Listing is not automatic. ANAHIT.CARE may request additional information, suspend a file or refuse a listing if the criteria are not met.

The model is based on B2B subscriptions for listed professionals and partners. Patients do not pay ANAHIT.CARE to access public pages or submit a connection request.
